Christine joined Kairu & McCourt Advocates in 2009. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Moi University in 2006 and thereafter got a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law in 2007. She was admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 2008, having attained a postgraduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Christine has been extensively involved in wide-ranging Commercial Litigation and possesses quite experienced in handling briefs pertaining to Debt Recovery, Insurance, Banking, Industrial and Labour suits.

Currently, Christine offers clients strategic advice on a multiplicity of Commercial Transactions, Real Property and conveyancing, Corporate and Business law and company and has particular expertise in: Monitoring and advising clients on Compliance and available Legal Solutions, Drafting Agreements, Memoranda, Undertaking due diligence for various Commercial Transactions and Research relevant legal materials concerning Commercial Transactions, various legal rights and obligations.

Christine’s practical thinking and real-world experience in project delivery her a distinctive insight into her clients’ business needs and enables her to offer a combination of legal experience and corporate strategies to complement corporate efficiency, effectiveness and management.

She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.
